You can either grab a printed version of the task or you can open up the task on Google Classroom and follow the instructions.
Before we start - what are we actually aiming for? Show example
Make sure to sign into OneDrive if the cloud in the System Tray has a line through it
Click on the cloud and then click Sign in
Open up Microsoft Excel and save this into your Documents in OneDrive.
Always remember to check that your OneDrive has synced before signing out - why?

LET’S NOW HAVE A GO AT WRITING UP WHAT IS MEANT BY A SUM - 15 MINS
Open up the Explain what is meant by a SUM function activity in Google Classroom and have a go at explaining this function in your own words using sentences.
What does it do for instance? Eg: provides a total
Add a screenshot of this function.
Then add an explanation as to what Excel is being told eg: SUM = add everything from E2 to E22
Then have a go at explaining what benefit this particular function might have for an organisation/employee
