• Lasts till noon - 12:00

P.M. 

• Second half of the day
• Starts at noon - 12:00
• Lasts till midnight - 00:00 

A is de eerste letter in het alfabet = de eerste helft van de dag. 

Digitale klok: 00:00 - 12:00 = eerste helft van de dag = A.M.
