Stay calm! Focus on your breathing and get your focus back (it's okay to not know all the words)
If you don't know a word/part of a sentence, try to guess by listening to the rest of the sentence + emotion of the speaker
Predict what the audio is going to be about by reading the title, questions and answers
Depending on the sort of questions: use a strategy
If it works for you; take quick notes during an exercise/exam (write down keywords)
