how does the body produce blood?

• the bone marrow of flat bones produces bloodcells (red bone marrow)
• PLATELETS, RED AND WHITE BLOOD CELLS

-lower amount of red blood cells

-less oxygen can be transported

-treatment -> blood transfusion

-high number of abnormal blood cells

- make antibodies that attack pathogens

your lymphocytes can make memory cells,

when the same disease enters your body they

immediately make antibodies => immunity
