  • Starts and ends with comma
  • No use of that

Na een komma gebruik je nooit 'that'

Rules with that...
I can use that or who for people but that is NEVER used between two commas

My biology teacher, who is 68 years old, has just retired
My biology teacher, that is 68 years old, has just retired.

Whom - is not the same as who
Whom is used in connection with preposition (voorzetsel) in the sentence.

This is Viki with whom I studied. 
This is the teacher from whom I learnt a lot.
This is the person to whom I owe my life.
* Whom is only for people not things or animals
