Study vocabulary D (TB. p. 82) and Stones 13 + 14 (p. 74) in silence for 5 minutes. After this we will do a speaking exercise in which you'll need these words/ sentences.

In pairs, do ex. 8 + 10 (WB, p. 9 + 10):
  • Ex. 8: act out each situation in a role play. One of you is the customer, the other is the shop assistant. 
  • Ex. 10: use speech cards 13 + 19 at the back of your workbook. When you are done, you switch roles and use speech cards 13 + 15.
  • Keep talking for 10 minutes.
