Subject Great news!
Hi Jane,
Can you write back to me as soon as possible? The sooner I book, the cheaper my ticket will be.

I hope you’re well!
How have you been? I am fine! Guess what? I have great news to tell you.
I talked to my parents about coming to your Sweet 16 Party. They said as we have been friends since we were kids, it was okay for me to come! I didn’t think they would agree as we had seen each other quite a few times last month! And you live quite far away. My parents said I can go if I can sleep over, like I did the last time. I will go by train. I already checked train tickets to get an idea of the costs.
Bye,
Lizzy
