It’s usually feeling ignored, embarrassed, pressured or betrayed — not just “disagreeing”.


🔴 Being laughed at by a “friend” affects your brain the same way as being bullied.
Your brain processes social rejection as emotional pain.


🔴 Friends who pressure you are not showing care — they are showing control.


🔴 You are more likely to struggle with anxiety and confidence when you stay in a disrespectful friendship.
