What Is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage our own emotions in positive ways. It helps us handle stress, communicate well, and overcome challenges.
Fight or Flight Defined
'Fight or flight' is your body's natural reaction to danger or stress. It helps you decide quickly to face the problem (fight) or escape from it (flight).
Seeking New Opportunities
How to Start?
Be curious. Look for activities or ideas that interest you. Ask questions and be open-minded.
Why Seek New Paths?
Trying new things helps us grow. It can lead to better experiences and knowledge.
Letting Go: Discarding What No Longer Serves
Letting go of habits or thoughts that do not help us is important for our well-being. This frees us to focus on new opportunities.
Adapting by Creating New Habits
Building new, positive habits helps us adapt to change. Start small and try to repeat your new habits every day.
