  •   Own the room in the first ninety seconds. 
  • Act like you know what you’re doing.
  •   Posture is key.
  •  Cross the Great Divide.
  •   Be hands-on.

  • Look down or off into space (make meaningful eye contact)
  •  Sway from side to side
  • Playing with your jewelry, your hair, or your clothing/
  • Facing away from the audience. 
  • Putting your hands in your pockets.

The body language game
- Seperate the class in two groups

- Each of you will get a ''emotion card''. For example: ''Stressed''.

- Try to act out the emotion by using body language. You can talk if you want to, or just act out, both is fine. 

- Both groups then get the chance to guess what the emotion is.
