Opgelet:

- soms verdubbelt de laatste medeklinker,vaak bij korte ww en bij ww die eindigen op -l

He is grabbing

- eindigt het ww op een -e, dan valt deze weg als je er -ing aan vastplakt

to have : we are having

- eindigt het ww op een -c, dan wordt dit ck+ing

to panic: I am panicking

Zet in de present continuous:
He (listen) to the radio at the moment.

Fill in the present continuous:
The boy and his friend (talk) to each other.

Present continuous negative

Example: They are not talking to each other.

Tip: je mag 1 en 2 ook samenvoegen tot 'aren't'  of 'isn't'

Fill in the present continuous negative.

Attention: mind the spelling of the prepositions!

3. Vragen met do/does

Do + ow + INFINITIVE +rest?

  -> wanneer ow = I, you, we, they of meer dan 1 

Example: Do the children know the truth?

Does + ow + INFINITIVE + rest?

-> wanneer ow = he, she, it of 1 pers/dier/ding 

Example: Does the dog like his food?

Maak een vraag met do/does:
Donald and Daisy go on a date.

Maak een vraag met do/does:
Uncle Scrooge takes the money.

4. some or any 

Betekenis van 'some' en 'any': enig, een beetje, wat

Some of any?

Some: gewone zinnen OF vragen waarin je iets aanbiedt OF vragen waarvan je verwacht dat het antwoord JA gaat zijn (verzoek).

Examples: I would like some bread, please.

Would you like some bread?

Could I have  some water please?

Any: negatieve zinnen OF alle andere vragen

I don't have any questions.

Does she have any idea of the surprise party?
