Jack held the girl's hands and helped her to stand. Frankie was shaking with fear. Jack pushed her hands onto a cold stone shelf.
Frankie tried to pull them away. Then she felt something under her hand. It was small and made of metal. She picked it up. Suddenly, she felt a  strange power moving through her body.  
Find all 12 verbs. 

Write them down, numbering them 1 to 12.
Then: write down the infinitive.
