1. The heating is broken. We need to fix it because the house is really cold!
2. My phone isn't working. I can’t download any apps.
3. I sent the email, but I forgot to add the file as (an) attachment.
4. My laptop sometimes crashes when I download large files. It just switches off.
5. I was using the internet, but then I suddenly lost the Wi-Fi connection.
6. You can’t use your account until you log in and create a new password.
7. We only managed to talk for a few minutes before we got cut off.
8. The lift was out of order, so I had to use the stairs.
