Present Simple: verb + s/es/ies
Always, habbits, regularities, schedules.

The train leaves at 10 AM. 
I always visit my grandma on Mondays.
She has soccer practice every day.

Time words: every day, always, at/on time/day.

Present Continuous: am/are/is verb + ing
Something is happening now.

Ms. Wildeman is talking right now.
Are you listening to me?
I hope that everyone is paying attention.
