What does it look like?
Verb ends in –ed, watch out for irregular verbs(p. 111-113) ‘we decided’, ‘I walked’

When do you use it?
When something happened in the past and is finished. You usually also say when it happened.

What does it look like?
To have + voltooid deelwoord, b.v. ‘I have slept’, ‘she has been’

When do you use it?

Als iets in het verleden is begonnen en nog steeds doorgaat. Vaak in zinnen met for/since + tijdsbepaling en vraagzinnen met how long …?
