You use an adverb to say something about HOW someone does something. An adverb often says something about a verb, about another adverb, an adjective or a whole sentence.
Mary sings wonderfully.
My grandparents talk incredibly loudly.
I am eating an amazingly delicious steak right now.
Hopefully, she will call me back later.
