Customer complaints
Work in duos. One of you is a customer, one is a shop manager. 

Customer: last week, you bought and ate a meal from the butcher. The night after you got terribly sick. You want to make a complaint about this because you think they are related.

Manager: you receive the customer, let him/her talk about his experience and fill in the complaint form with the customer.
