Making questions in the present perfect

put have/has at the beginning

Present Perfect

Is used when something in the past has happened, and not yet finished

If you have not done or you always wanted to do something

has been started in the past, and not yet ended

present perfect

before /lately /up till now /for / for how long /just 

already /never /ever /since /so far /yet

signal words :

(if these words are used in a sentence, you usually need to use the present perfect)

Exceptions

If it ended but you still use the presentperfect

It has ended but the result is more important then when it happened

I have lost my keys.

You are no longer losing your key, but the result (not entering your house) is more important than what has happened
