Use: something has started but hasn't finished yet, or time is unknown.
Rule: +   have/has + past participle (voltooid deelwoord) 
            -    haven't/hasn't  + past participle
            ?    Have/Has ... + past participle                  
Keywords: for, since, already, just, ever, never, yet.
