some tips of a student
1. Practice! Write texts, try speaking with people in English, do tasks you find online or listening exercises such as this one! Practicing the same thing over and over will make you familiar with the situation - after all, it will be no different in the actual exam

extra tips
2. Rest! It’s very important to get enough sleep the day before and to not practice/ learn new things that day. All the things you’ve studied until then must be enough, every new information you try to squeeze in on that day, will be forgotten anyways. Moreover, seeing things you haven’t studied yet might make you go into panic mode, causing you to forget all the other things you’ve learned already

4. focus! I know it sounds dumb, but try to not get too distracted by other factors. I know, that the sound of pens scratching the paper or people talking in the hallways can be very annoying, but try some breathing exercises to calm your mind. Read the tasks carefully and try to do everything that comes easy to you at first. Like this, the points for those right answers are already guaranteed, even if you possibly run out of time.
