Examen Gesprekken Voeren

 Het gesprek moet ongeveer 4 minuten duren. De volgende punten moeten tijdens het gesprek aan bod
komen:

1. Begroet de klant op een passende manier.
2. Vraag hoe het met de klant gaat.
3. Vertel hoe het met jezelf gaat en hoe het met het bedrijf/de instelling gaat.
4. Vraag de klant naar zijn mening over jullie bedrijf/instelling.
5. Vraag de klant waarom hij/zij dit vindt.
6. Geef je mening over de samenwerking met de klant.
7. Nodig de klant ergens voor uit (denk aan: een personeelsfeest, een voorlichtingsdag, een beurs).
8. Maak een afspraak.
9. Neem afscheid van de klant
