- First read through intermediate and advanced. Decide for yourself; could I talk about the topics of advanced for 2 minutes?

- Start with preparing your core, include all the bulletpoints from the card

- Think of a catchy start, make a connection to something funny or striking from your core

- Make a conclusion, in which you tell what you just said in short
