There are 3 ways to make a question
1. Place the verbs was/were/could/would in the front of the sentence. -> Were you at the tennis court last night? 

2. Use did (or didn't) in your sentence -> Did you like the cupcakes I made? 

3. Use the WH words at the beginning of your sentence
