When do you use which?
Present Perfect Continuous: vooral for... now,
                                                               in het verleden begonnen te doen, nu nog                                                                         steeds.
Past Perfect Continuous:      before/after, eerder dan iets anders aan het                                                                       doen in het verleden.
Past Continuous:       in het verleden 'aan het' doen, duurde langer
Present Continuous:     NU 'aan het' doen
Future Continuous:       wat je in de toekomst 'aan het' doen bent.

Past Perfect Continuous:   He had been working for three hours that night. 
Past Continuous:      I was walking for three hours yesterday
Present Continuous:     I am walking to school right now
Future Continuous:       I will be walking to school tomorrow
