Present Perfect 

Present perfect always starts in the past and has a link with the present.

I have eaten a lot today

Present Perfect continuous

Same as present perfect, but you're talking about an ongoing action

I have been eating  since 10 o'clock a.m.

Present Perfect (continuous) with "for" 
Example:
I have lived with him for two years./I have been talking to him for two hours
"for" indicates a period , for example "two years", "several days", "many weeks"
