• Positive: He speaks. / We speak.  

-> 3rd person singular: + s

• Negative: He does not speak. / They don't speak.

-> add don't or doesn't (3rd person singular)

• Question: Does he speak? / Do you speak? 

-> add do or does (3rd person singular)

  -> present simple of to be + ING-form
• Negative: He is not speaking. / We aren't speaking. 
  -> isn't or aren't + ING-form
• Question: Is he speaking? / Are they speaking? 
  -> is or are + subject + ING-form

at the moment, just, just now,
