The brand name is often used with the logo or as the logo itself.

Logos - 3 main types
Wordmark
– Just the name of the company
Graphic symbol
– An image that represents the company
Combination mark
– Using both the name of the company and the icon.

Slogans and straplines
Brand slogans allow a company to communicate a short key statement about the brand.
They also work as a key message where visuals aren’t possible, such as in a radio advertisement.
