• Hoe een tekst is opgebouwd.
• Doel van de tekst
• 5 tekststructuren: 

-chronological: volgorde (in tijd)

-sequence: volgorde (stap voor stap in een proces)

- cause and effect: oorzaak en gevolg

- problem and solution: probleem en oplossing

-compare and contrast: vergelijken en tegenstellen

• 5 tekststructuren + signaalwoorden: 

-chronological: first, later, after, since, now

-sequence: first, second, third, finally 

- cause and effect: because, as a result, 

- problem and solution: problem, answer, solution

-compare and contrast: like, but, on the other hand
