Every writer (artist) makes decisions that have an effect on the audience. In marketing - every choice is for a reason. It is to sell indeed. So, the devices that you have written down: what is the effect on the audience that the advert says "I have the nicest husband". This is both dominant reading (possibly) AND it uses specific diction (in this case a superlative), namely 'the nicest husband'. Every woman wants that (sort of..).
