Units for assessment: 203 / 204 / 209
You must complete a full consultation on your client - carrying out all relevant tests and identifying all factors
You must ensure you have identified suitable products to use within the shampoo and blow-dry service.
Once you have completed a full consultation, you need to go through the consultation in detail with your tutor.
Remember to record your timings for your service. When you have finshed, complete the client feedback and aftercare section and self reflection on the back.
