Your task: write a letter to your council about this headline, suggesting they invest in community projects.

The person to write to is Michael Armstrong, 15 Upper Road, Omagh, BT96 1T
Include:

You have ordered the new Galactica One phone, but it has arrived with a cracked screen.

 Your task: Write a letter to the Manager, Alan Smith, at 12 Moorside Road, Stowe, ST32 4NY

Introduce why you are writing?
Content & Detail - explain your problem- how does a cracked screen impact on your use of the phone?
Conclusion-How do you want the problem to be resolved? what do you want them to do – what action?

Use a formal layout for your letter. Proof read your work. Write at least 80-120 words.
