Stratford Butterfly Farm

The biggest butterfly farm in Europe. Whatever the weather come and see these beautiful creatures as they would live in their natural environment. Walk around a tropical rainforest as butterflies fly freely around you. See them as they come into the world in the Caterpillar Room. And don't miss Insect City where you can view huge spiders and our very own scorpion colony!

Marco studies physics and is interested in anything to do with science. He'd like to visit somewhere to see some examples of early mechanical engines.

Gemma wants to take her 5-year-old to see some animals. She'd also like to look around some shops to buy something for her mother's birthday.

Ingrid's eldest daughter is learning about English history and would like to go somewhere to bring this subject to life. Ingrid is really interested in flowers.

Tell Sell / Tommy Teleshopping opdracht

You are going to make a Tell Sell commercial of 4 minutes (when working in pairs)

What is a Tell Sell commercial?

Simply put, Tell Sell is a selling method where the customer order is placed over the phone (or via email or online ordering). This saves time and travel for the route sales team by eliminating the need to physically call on the account.

_Criteria:

■ You have to talk English

■ Work in pairs

■ A product or service

■ The commercial has to be at least 4 minutes

■ Each person has to say something.

■ Hand it in on You Tube or We Transfer (don’t email me the movie or it will be removed)

Some tips:

■ Be over enthusiastic.

■ Use words like: amazing, awesome, it really works, fantastic, unbelievable etc.

■ Always have a special offer for today.

 example: “If you buy one pair of… today, you will get another pair for free”

Or

“Only today you will get a discount of 50% when you buy this….

■ Mention which way people can reach you

Example: “Call 911 to place your order” Call 12345 if you want to order your set for today”
