Rule for using both time and place in one sentence:

Both at the end, first TIME, then PLACE
B
Both at the end, first PLACE, then TIME

Both at the end, no particular order.

Another way to remember:
Wie - Doet - Wat - Waar (plaats) - Wanneer (tijd)
