Evaluation
You need to evaluate your image by obtaining feedback from people, to identify:
• strengths: and how you can use them in future competitions or events
• weaknesses: in the design, planning stage or when participating during the event. This will help identify how to improve on areas that need development
• objectives: set in the design plan, were they met? If any have not been met, why?
Areas you may wish to obtain feedback on:
• did you meet the objectives set in the design plan
• has the business benefited from the event (beauty show, photographic shoot, competition)
• did everyone involved (make-up artist, photographer, model anyone who had a job role) carry out their roles effectively and meet the responsibilities set and agreed by them?

Methods of obtaining feedback:
• Hold a meeting for all who have been involved to discuss pre-plan points (to ensure you cover everything required).
• Use a questionnaire/evaluation form for the others involved.
• Ask questions to relevant people.
• Checklist self evaluation form to complete and discuss with relevant persons (manager).
Action:
• Discuss the above with your tutor to identify the most suitable method for you to use for your design image.
• If using a questionnaire and or self-evaluation checklist design this and have it ready for the event.
• If holding a meeting you will need to build this into the design plan.
• Make notes from the meeting, or if using questionnaires, evaluate the information and write a brief summary of the findings/outcome.
