Zeus: King of the gods, controls thunder. Hera: Queen of the gods, goddess of marriage and family. Poseidon: God of the sea and earthquakes.

Demi-gods were heroes with one mortal and one immortal parent. They were famous for their exciting adventures and bravery.

Relationships Between the Gods

Many gods and goddesses are related. For example, Zeus and Hera are husband and wife; Athena is Zeus's daughter. Their relationships often caused jealousy and adventures.
