• Er volgens straks 9 mysteries die moeten worden opgelost!
• Je werkt in tweetallen met 1 laptop. 
• 1 kind heeft de laptop, de ander moet luisteren (en straks vragen stellen)
• Er volgen telkens 2 slides. Op de eerste slide staat het mysterie. 
    Op de tweede slide staat het antwoord. Het kind met de laptop leest het mysterie voor
     en leest stil de 2e slide met het antwoord. (de ander mag niet op de laptop kijken).
• Het kind wat luistert moet doormiddel van vragen te stellen het mysterie oplossen.
  
  
• Probleem 1: de voorlezer mag alleen maar 2 woorden zeggen:  "Yes" or "No" .
• Probleem 2: alles moet in het Engels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  
• Mysterie opgelost? wissel de laptop, luisteraar wordt voorlezer en voorlezer moet nu luisteren.

• You must work together in order to try and solve the mystery.
• You can only ask yes or no questions in order to find out more information about the circumstances surrounding the mystery.
• If the question cannot be answered with yes or no you must rephrase your question.
• If you ask a question using a false assumption, I will tell you so.
• If you ask irrelevant questions or are going in the wrong direction, I will help you get back on the right track.

A woman is watching TV on the couch. Suddenly she hears a lot of explosions and people screaming outside. Then there is silence. The woman turns off the TV and goes to sleep.

It was New Year's Eve. The woman waited until everyone had finished celebrating and then went to bed.

A man went into a party and drank some of the punch. He then left early. Everyone at the party who drunk the punch subsequently died of poisoning. Why did the man not die?

The poison from the punch came from the ice cubes. When the man drank the punch, the ice was fully frozen. Gradually, as the ice cubes melted the poison was released into the punch.

A little girl was warned by her parents never to open the cellar door. If she did, she would see things that they did not want her to see. One day, while her parents were out, they accidentally left the cellar door unlocked. The girl opened the cellar door. 

What did she see?

When the girl opened the cellar door she saw the living room and a beautiful garden through its windows. She had never seen these before because her parents had kept her in the cellar all her life.

There’s a black car driving on a black road. Both the street lights and the car lights are turned off, and the buildings are also black. A black cat is crossing the road and the car stops to let it pass. How could he see it?

It was daylight.

Romeo and Juliet are lying dead on the floor of a villa in Verona. Nearby is a broken bowl. There is no mark on either of their bodies and they were not poisoned. How did they die?

Romeo and Juliet were goldfish. Their bowl was knocked over by a clumsy dog.

A man is found dead in a field. Lying next to him is an unopened package.

The man was skydiving and his parachute did not open. The unopened package was his parachute.

A woman buys a new pair of black high heels,

goes to her work and dies.

Her husband was a magician that was doing a knife trick with an apple on her head and his eyes closed. He didn’t realize she was wearing high heels so he didn’t calculate the height accurately … so he killed her.

A woman dies because of a long telephone conversation.

She was just coming from the mechanic, where she had picked up her car. The mechanic forgot to put on the brakes, and he was trying to reach her and tell her, but he couldn't because she was talking on the telephone the whole time.

A man is found dead in a field. He is clutching a broken match.

He and a number of other passengers were making a balloon trip. The balloon had to lose weight to stop it from crashing. They decided to draw matches. He drew the short match and had to jump.
