ought to
Used to talk about things that are ideal or desired. Just like should it is used to give advice, but ought to is more formal. 
   You should listen to her song.       She ought to pay her taxes to the king.
may and might
Used when you're unsure of something and to ask/give permission. May is more formal than can/could and might is even more formal. 
May I borrow your pen?            We may begin the meeting early
Might you take a seat?              We might meet him today.
Negative Modals
put not or n't after the modal.     You may not enter the classroom. 
put not between ought and to. : You ought not to disturb the grammar explanation.
put not after be form of to be able to: You aren't able to focus if the world cup is on.
