After these expressions you use the past simple, even if you are talking about the present or the future.
When speaking in general terms: It's time to go. You use an infinitive.

Analyse the sentence to determine if you need to fill in a noun, a verb or verb form, an adjective or an adverb. Remember that you may have to make a word negative.
Always learn all the different parts of speech of a word, because you do not get the exact same sentence. Now do exercise 6

If  you have a or the or possessive pronoun before the gap you need to fill in a noun, but if there is a noun after the gap you have to fill in an adjective.
