  • use English as much as possible - mistakes? No problem! 
  • be active and participate in the class

  • listen to the person who has the floor
  • got a question? -> raise your hand
  • didn't finish work in class? = homework!

Does your story have a beginning, middle, and end?
Did you use the past continuous to set the scene/background info? (e.g. The sun was shining as I started my hike)
Did you use the past simple to describe the problem/main events? (e.g. All of a sudden dark clouds rolled in)
Did you use linkers? - At the beginning, suddenly, luckily, all of a sudden, in the end, finally..........
Did you say how you felt? + final comment? (I'll never forget...., It was the best day.......)
