  1. can / can't / cannot = to talk about permission + rules = regels
  2. have to & must = to say sth is necessary = dat iets nodig is
  3. don't have to = sth is not necessary -> You don't have to do MEL.
  4. mustn't = not allowed to do sth -> You mustn't stay up late.
