Week 6 SA C (speaking)- vlog preparations

  • Pupils use the vocabulary from lesson 2 in a correct and meaningful way.
  • Pupils will research coat of arms from historical figures online.

Week 7 Completing your Task - Royal rules article

  • Pupils can create and use a fact file. 
  • Pupils will use the rubric to provide peer feedback on each other’s coat of arms.
  • Pupils will understand how traditions and rules from the time of King Arthur are still applicable today when studying the Royal Family of Britain.

Week 9 completing the vlog / Grammar overview / mottos and slogans

  • Pupils will learn about and work with mottos and locations for their SA vlog. 
  • Pupils will use the present perfect, past simple, gerunds, and relative pronouns (who/which) accurately in their work.

Week 10 SA prep Objective A, B, D and watching: The kid who would be king

  • Pupils will experience the benefits of a mock test. 
  • Pupils will focus on key strategies through a range of exercises that are similar to the summative assessment.
