Research and Presentation
Learning goal: You can give a short presentation about an ISS astronaut.

Find out who is on board the ISS at the moment. Choose one of the astronauts and do some research. Answer some of the questions from SB p. 82 exercise 7 (on the last slide) about them.

Be prepared to present your findings to the class in the last few minutes of the lesson.

Slide 13 - Tekstslide

Mind your verb forms!
Look at the questions from SB p. 82 exercise 7.

Which tense (time) is used in each question? Choose present simple, past simple, and present continuous. Why are the different tenses used for each of the questions?

Take care to use the correct verb forms when you are taking notes about your chosen astronaut for your presentation.

Slide 14 - Tekstslide

Ready? Or not?
If you're ready to get started on your presentation, use the next slide as a starting point for your research. I will pick 1-2 people to present their research at the end of the lesson.

If you want some more help with the present continuous before giving a presentation in front of the class, skip ahead and focus on the orange slides.
