In pairs

3 activities in 3 rounds

8 minutes per activity

Activity 1 - Shopping

Pretend one of you is a customer in a store and the other one is the assistant in the store. The customer is looking for 5 everyday items and asks the assistant for help. When you are finished, flip the roles. You can check page 15 of your book for help. 

Activity 2 - Dream job

You are going to ask your partner about their dream job. You are going to ask the questions below, and more if you want to. You have to answer in full sentences, a yes or a no is not good enough! When you are finished you have to switch roles. The person who was asking the questions will now answer them. 

Activity 3 - Party

Imagine you are throwing a party and you are having a conversation about this with a friend. Ask and answer the following questions. De questions are in dutch, so translate and adapt them to English. Switch roles when you are finished. 

Time for the activities!

When the timer goes off, you move to the next activity.

After the 3 rounds, I will aks a few students 

to do one of the 3 activities out loud. 

I will walk around to help, but raise your 

hands too!
