Conjunctions of time	- when - while - as soon as - after - before - as - until	- When I arrived home, Tom was cooking. - He was talking while he was cooking. - As soon as I arrived home, he started cooking. - Tom started cooking after I arrived. - He had cooked before I arrived. - As he was talking, I was thinking about something else. - He waited until I arrived home.
Conjunction of result	- so	- He was bored so he went for a walk.
Conjunction of reason	- because	He went for a walk because he was bored.
Contrasting ideas	- but - although	It was raining but we stayed outside. Although it was raining we stayed.

'so' + bijvoeglijk nw / bijwoord  adjectiv/ adverb
> I was so scared. I always drive so fast.

'such a' + bijvoeglijk nw + zelfstandig nw (enkelvoud) adjectiv and singular noun

> She's such a sweet person. 

'such' + bijvoeglijk nw. + meervoud/ontelbaar nw. adjective and plural uncountable nouns
