In your groups you will be allocated a job role.
Task 1:
Deduct your monthly outgoings from your wages.
Split some of your outgoings into weekly payments (e.g travel, food)
How much money do you have left? How much do you think you could save out of that money?

Roll a dice to decide how many optional extras you will have to pay out per month

Each week you are given 2 scenario cards. These could be extra money, extra expenses, or scenarios where you have to decide what to do.
As a group, you have to make decisions based on these scenarios and then move onto the next week.

You need to create 2 menu's for the wedding for the bride and groom to choose.
Scenarios
Team 1: you must cater for 10 vegetarians
Team 2: 6 people have requested Beef wellington (bride & groom plus both sets of parents)
Team 3: 8 children are attending, their meals are half price
Team 4: All guests will have half a glass of wine
