*My colleagues noticed that not everybody is keeping track of all the words that need to be learned. This results in mistakes being made on the test parts where words need to be filled in. Very simple synonyms such as 'job' instead of 'occupation' are regarded as incorrect... in your later life you need to be able to recognise these words...
