Sentences grouping
What: Put the sentences in the correct group that's on the board.
How: Write it over on your sticky pad. Stick it on the board.
  1. The game starts at 8 o'clock.
  2. It will rain next week.
  3.  I am going to give a speech.
  4. I am having a party for my birthday tomorrow.
  5. This time next week they will be celebrating Christmas.

  • 5 mogelijkheden uitleg
  • Spiekbriefje maken per mogelijkheid:
      - gebruik
      - grammatica regel
      - voorbeeldzin ( dus 5 voorbeeldzin)
  • Einde les willekeurige mensen presenteren hun spiekbriefje.

1. Present Simple Future
Present simple: he/she/it = werkwoord + S
Present simple future:
Je gebruikt het om:                                     
  • aangeven iets volgens rooster of schema verloopt.
The game starts at 8 o'clock.
The train leaves in one minute.

2. will + werkwoord
Je gebruikt het om:
  • iets aan te bieden: I will help you carry your bags.
  • beloven: Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. (won't = will not)
  • voorspellingen : It will rain next week.

Regel: will + hele werkwoord

3. to be + going to + werkwoord
 regel:  to be (am, is, are) + going to + werkwoord

Je gebruikt het als je: 
  • praat over toekomstige plannen waarvoor nog niets georganiseerd is.
                                         
- I am going to give a speech.

4. Present Continuous Future
Present continuous:  to be (am, is, are) + werkwoord + ing
Je gebruikt het om:
  • praten over toekomstige plannen waarvoor je al iets georganiseerd hebt.
I am watching tv with Eva tonight.
The twins are having a party for my birthday tomorrow.

5. Future Continuous
Grammaticaregel:  will + be + werkwoord + ing
Je gebruikt het om:
  • dat iets zal gebeuren op een specifieke tijdstip in de toekomst.

Voorbeeldzinnen:
-At 8 o'clock I will be watching Home alone 2.
- This time next week they will be giving a speech.
