Past Simple - it is finished in the past. He cannot do it again.
'Happened in the past, finished in the past'


Bindi Irwin has made a lot of wildlife TV programmes. 
She made them in the past. She could make them again.
'Started in the past, continues in the present'

!! I know - you could move again, but you can't in 2017.. !!

2. An activity that started in the past & has a result that can be repeated
Katy Perry has made 7 albums.   (finished, but she can do it again)
