Definition of Present Perfect

The present perfect tense is used to express actions that happened some time in the past or have relevance to the present.

Forming the Present Perfect

Formed by using 'has' or 'have' followed by the past participle (- ed  of 3e rijtje irregular verbs) of the verb (e.g., I have eaten, they have gone, they have walked).

HAVE/HAS + VOLT.DW (3e rijtje of -ed)

Using 'Have' and 'Has' Correctly

'Have' is used with the pronouns
